Canonis Ed Peters on "the Buenos Aires directive"

Ed Peters, "On the Buenos Aires directive" (In the Light of the Law, September 13, 2016). As always, superlatively clear, eminently edifying, and right on the money.

I think it's even worse than anyone is saying. It's likely second invalid marriages have other sins going on ( male leaves wife for younger model) like doing positions from the kamasutra that entail what medieval saints called the use of the unfit vessel....while not practicing nfp in the more valid positions. Are all these things subjective venial sins done out of pressure of being deserted by the new spouse ( Jeff Mirus ).....lol....there is a suspension in the teaching Church as Newman said of the 4th century. We're suspended until further notice.
