The gay lobby is the result of those Calvinistic Janesians who make grace so powerful they won't allow anyone to live right because if you live right, oh my God you must be a Pelagian who is trusting in works! Wait, I just described the new Pope!

"The true challenge of the Pontiff is the heresy of homosexuality, what I call the 'homoheresy, that is, the rejection of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church on homosexuality, whose defenders are in favor of priesthood for gays. The Holy Father must combat this heresy that has spread throughout the Church."
We already have more gay priests than we know. Not all of them are open about it. All too often, we don't find out until the molestations begin
Given the comments of his early days as pope, anything else with which Pope Bergoglio is likely to involve himself would be a trainwreck. But ridding the priesthood of sexual perverts and their sponsors would be a major achievement, and a blessing to the Church.
An announcement from eastern upstate NY of impending retirement would be a good sign in this regard.
