- An ebullient Fr. Z. reports: "Card. Bergoglio, in 2007 after Summorum Pontificum, TLM within 48 hours" (WDTPRS, March 14, 2013) -- well, that, and his humility, riding the bus, living in a modest apartment, cooking for himself, and compassion for the poor that we've all been hearing about; as well as his fidelity to Church teaching on faith and morals, such as noted by Rorate Caeli HERE back in July 9, 2010, in Cardinal Bergoglio's "beautiful letter sent to the Carmelites of his diocese" regarding the grave matter of same-sex marriage and redefinition of marriage; but then there's also this:
- N.C., "How Summorum Pontificum was blocked and trampled on in Buenos Aires: facts, not fantasy and disinformation" (Rorate Caeli, March 14, 2013), and this: "The Horror! A Buenos Aires journalist describes Bergoglio" (RC, March 13, 2013), which describes his tenure in Buenos Aires as one in which Church teaching on faith and morals "seem to have been irrelevant to him" (one tries to get all the facts); and then there's this:
- "... our Pope not too long ago with giant Puppets and grinning Jesus on the Cross" (@ 7.29 and forward):
