From what I have read of the laxity of Hawaii's regulations regarding the granting of birth certificates, Obama could very well be an illegal immigrant, even if his birth certificate is 100% legal by state law. So I guess he might say that he didn't receive the pretense of American citizenship all by himself -- "somebody else made that happen!"
