Do you remember Pres. Obama saying that his administration would protect the conscience of health-care workers when it came to actions which are morally repugnant?

The new rules claim to leave in place the protections for health care providers who oppose abortion and sterilization. Sebelius pointed out that her department would still be willing to receive and consider their complaints.

By the way, the acumen Sibelius can do this is that it is apparently allotment of the Health Care Bill with attention to funding, which no one has apprehend in its entirety.
