Gerard Serafin, whose blog is entitled "A Catholic Blog for Lovers," offers a new angle on the Lenten "fast" especially appropriate for Catholics who are lovers of blogging: fasting from blogging on Wednesdays and Fridays of Lent. Of course, one can't help admire his charm in calling attention to his discipline in the very act of admitting his inadvertent violation of it:
