Another must-watch Nigel Farage broadside at EU Parliament
You just gotta love this guy, who doesn't hold back from speaking his mind and telling the facts even at the cost of offending everyone in the chambers. I wish we had a few more like him.
I love how he always calls out the unelected super-bureaucrats like Van Rompuy and Barroso to their faces, and the expression on their faces always seems to belie even the slightest veneer of democratic legitimacy - it is very clear that they know what they are doing. And that Schulz is a snake, isn't he?
One thing I'd add, and it's a little thing some British commentators keep going on about - the whole German-controlled Europe thing. Most Germans have NO interest whatsoever in controlling Europe. They want to be left alone just like everyone else.
But the German political elites are so DEAD SET on not being strong and independent (because everyone knows Nazism arose from healthy patriotism and national pride), that they push for more and more Euro-integration. But since Germany is the only one with any money ... well, you see where it goes.
