Anon, how is it schismatic? It did not deny the validity of the council, did not deny the legitimacy of any pope, did not call into question the jurisdiction of the pope, did not suggest Catholics should resist legitimate authority.
It merely noted things done in the spirit of the Council which the Council never called for and then made fun of them. How is that schismatic?
