Before we completely write off Voris for his refusal to publicly connect the final dot [to Francis the Reformer], perhaps everyone should pay serious attention to his remarks about "document gate," which will have a familiar ring to those who have read about the "process" of V2. This first convocation of the New Synodocracy is proving to be a mixture of modernist subversion from sources within the Church, and sheer incompetence from the daisy-sniffing gang of neo-cath sad sacks who still can't park a bicycle straight. Its V2 in miniature, and if you're Catholic, its your future.

Even if Voris is too chicken to connect the final dot, his information is invaluable to those who take the time to listen. And you should listen, because most other journalistic sources will squelch his story, and run with the news that the Church has developed a strange new respect for the many splendors of queerdom. And who can blame them for doing so? For the majority of synodocrats, possibly including the 800 pound gorilla, it's true!

"Calm down" sounds more and more like "relax and enjoy it."

Neocath obliviousness and modernist manipulativeness work together so well, like chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream. Have you noticed, Ab Falstaff?

I don't know whether the Synod is more or less benign than V2. But I'm glad to see someone else here, besides JFM, making the connection.

"Daisy-sniffing." Yeah, really. Everything is fine, they say, the Church is infallible, not to worry, just stop criticizing and give the Pope and the bishops room to "do their jobs."

I feel like those Catholics in Blaise Pascal's day who would regularly declare that there hadn't been a "real Church" around for decades. Certainly nobody in charge willing to govern like a real pope.
