Obama, Wall Street corporate puppet

And you thought that Romney was in bed with Wall Street and foreign regime change, but that Obama wasn't? You don't have to buy into the conspiracy theories of those like Alex Jones or Aaron Russo to connect the dots between Wall Street, the Federal Reserve (a private corporation), international banks and military adventurism, on the one hand, and whatever Democrat or Republican happens to occupy the White House, on the other. It was Christopher Ferrara's account of the 2007-2008 meltdown that first brought these connections belatedly to my attention.

Obama, with his African-American background and messianic charisma among liberals has proved remarkably useful as a corporately-backed puppet in giving a badly-needed face lift for Wall Street and international banking interests. Why is the appointment calendar of this wildly popular and charismatic black messianic president filled with Wall Street and banking moguls, while he ignores his constituency of blacks, women and minorities (while throwing them the sops of food stamps, free phones, contraceptives and abortions); and why has he not opposed but actually expanded Bush's policies of serving Wall Street and banking interests as well as foreign nation building, over the interests of our body politic?

  1. While I do believe Obama, like most politicians is a Wall Street stooge, I was unimpressed with "The Obama Deception" because it is exactly the kind of Alex Jones raving you mentioned.

Much of it is not doubt true, but there are parts that drift into tinfoil hat territory: one guy goes so far as to claim that the "very same" banking interests were behind the rise of Napoleon, Lenin, Hitler, Stalin, etc. I think it's much simpler to say that evil runs deep among mankind, and that it will be expressed in many ways.

Also the film is produced by the "Zeitgeist" people, who believe Christianity is the product of a conspiracy theory and that all religions are nothing but fronts for our "real" overlords - the folks who make these films want to completely reorder society and usher in an age of "post-scarcity" economics which is essentially a kind of centrally-planned socialism in which robots do all the menial work.

The same people who made the video also eat up conspiracy theories about the JFK assassination, the moon landing, 9/11 etc. These people are the 9/11 "truthers."

But yes, Obama is a corporate stooge, and anyone can see that.

  2. I am not one who urges an increase in the speed of the coming collapse but I do think the coming collapse will present opportunities to those who have prepared for it.

I truly desire political secession and I would love to see America dissolve into regional confederations with, say, a Republic of Southern States and y'all can have the Yankee North - whether it is the Jacobin Republic of New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampster, New Jersey,
Pennsylvania, Vermont,
Maine, Rhode Island,
Maryland, and Delaware (damn Yankees) or whether it is the Great Lakes Republic of Yankees in Michigan, Wisconsin,Illinois, Ohio, - or whether it is the the Liberal Looney Left Republic of Washington, Oregion, California and Nevada;
I wish them lots of luck in their penury and perversions, their sodomy, euthanasia, abortion and delusions - just leave me the hell alone.

If even 25% of what is on these video's has a factual basis (and I would wager that 50% is within the realm of probability), it's a scary scenario.

I love the idea of secession. Here is the petition by Texas sent to the White House: http://blog.chron.com/txpotomac/2012/11/the-petition-to-let-texas-secede-from-the-u-s-to-be-reviewed-by-the-white-house/">http://blog.chron.com/txpotomac/2012/11/the-petition-to-let-texas-secede-from-the-u-s-to-be-reviewed-by-the-white-house/.

Yeah, there's a lot of black helicopter nonsense, but the verifiable facts are verifiable facts.

  4. Dear Sheldon. Florida has a similar petition that I have signed.

Florida was one of the first states to secede - after "Honest Abe" Lincoln (Railroad Mercantilist) was elected.

"Honest Abe" got his nickname for the same reason a 400 lb mobster gets the nickname, "Tiny."

  5. Peacefully grant the State of Florida * to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

We the people of the great state of Florida, do see that in today's world the Federal Government has not led our citizens justly and with honor. We therefore as free men and women of our great state do believe that it is time to take matter upon ourselves to ensure our continued freedom, and to enact our own laws and here buy govern ourselves without the federal government's involvement in our internal matters from this day forward.
They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

    Benjamin Franklin: 1775

Proof that in the South we value liberty more than grammar.
